OUR WORK

Our clients vary in industries which makes our work really interesting.  We are constantly learning about other businesses and sectors but have a wealth of experience in travel, property, recruitment, retail and anything food related.

Travel

As a travel agent you need to embrace this channel as another way to spread the word about your business.

If you’re currently using email, direct mail, going to trade shows and constantly updating your website, keep up the good work. Social media isn’t a replacement for any of these marketing strategies. It’s a necessary addition.

Social allows you to communicate with clients or potential clients in a different tone and format than any other marketing channel. The various platforms allow you to get to know your customers and to build and strengthen relationships.

Property

Estate agents that focus only on the quantity as opposed to the quality of their social media content will find that many users unfollow them because they don’t like being inundated with content. Conversely, some firms that provide sporadic content of a high quality may find it impossible to build momentum because they are not engaging enough.

This means you need to provide quality and quantity, which means you have to do some work when creating content for your social media sites. You should look to research your industry and local area to find viable pieces of content.

Recruitment

As more and more people turn to online for job hunting, social media provides a new ‘in’ for agencies to find and place candidates, as well as casting the net further.

As with all great tools, social media must be used effectively to work. With some case study research and careful planning, social media can be a great asset to your recruitment agency.

Retail

For retailers, social media channels can bring huge opportunities to target consumers in unique and personalized ways.

In fact, research indicates that 46% of shoppers rely on social media when making a purchase.

Food

Almost two thirds of all UK tweets are about food.

If you’re in the food or drink business and not doing anything or much on social media, you could be missing out on fun and creative ways to engage with existing and potential customers and get your name and product/s out there – you could be missing out on expanding your business.
